Why PharoLume

PharoLume was born from my observation that compliance in France is often siloed and compartmentalized. I also noticed that diffuse risks—particularly those associated with infrastructure projects—are poorly managed. Finally, compensation obligations, which are strategic for the state, require especially close scrutiny.

This project aims to build bridges between disciplines and professions, encouraging dialogue and collaboration across traditional boundaries.

Although I do not have extensive experience in compliance, I believe that cross-functionality should be the foundation of compliance, ensuring it remains a company’s radar in all circumstances.

Who we are

We are a compliance legal office delivering a full-scale solutions in some matters such as :

Anti-Bribery matters
Export Control regulations
Duty of Care requirements

We have also a Think-Tank project namely " PharoLume project".

So that advice is always based on reflection.

Trust

PharoLume is committed to deliver any work with discretion and confidentiality. For each mission a confidential agreement will be signed, which is extended to all of your providers and subsidiaries. Any employee(s) of PharoLume is also subject to this agreement.

Independent

PharoLume despite being retributed by its clients, remains an international independent voice. Any mission, or retribution leading to put pression on its independancy will not be accepted.

No Conflict of Interest

PharoLume as also a Think-Tank institute, deliver a full- scale analysis of the National Security and Ethics issues. However its conselling activities doesn't mix with its Think-Tank activities. By consequences no Entity or Company could compel PharoLume activity.

Our values/ideas

PharoLume was created to adress subjects which could have an impact on the National Security or any citizen in the world.
National Security : Matters likely to present a high-degree of vulnerability for a company or for an Entity are handling by PharoLume.
PharoLume Project : Any subject handling by PharoLume are an impact over any citizens or Entity wordwide. For exemple Bribery have an negative impact on the end citizens which is supposed to benefit from any local economic activity. More than that PharoLume seeks to get aware citizens or any policy-makers to the ethics subjects worldwide.
Believe in the cross application of fields : PharoLume for delivering a client solution or in its Think-Tank works tries in principle to deal with three or four different fields :
- Geopolitics
- Law
- Economy
- Engineering.
